District Attorney Mike Fisher said one of two suspects has been released from jail after witnesses said he wasn't the person who stabbed the two victims to death. Kyle McClary's Aunt and Grandfather said they are at a loss for words and are urging anyone with information about this case to come forward.

One of the two men who was arrested after the double homicide in Pawnee County has been released from jail, according to District Attorney Mike Fisher. DA Fisher confirmed Sonny Trujillo has been released from the jail, and said they don’t believe they can file charges due to eyewitness testimony. The other man, Isaiah Lopez, is still in jail on a $2 million bond, according to DA Fisher.
